Knowsley Children’s Social Care is seeking to recruit an Experienced Family Support Worker to work in the Children with Disabilities team on a full-time basis. The team supports children and young people with disabilities and their families. This specific role contributes to assessment, planning and intervention for families as set out by a Social Worker and will work in partnership with children, young people and their families by providing assessments, support, advice and training to ensure their needs are being met.
