Overview
The Stock Co-ordinator supports Community Nursing teams in the Community Care Division across Liverpool, Sefton and Knowsley by coordinating the ordering, monitoring and management of wound care dressings and products, PPE, and equipment for the services. The role requires travel between different community sites across Liverpool, Sefton and Knowsley.
Responsibilities- Perform stock checks across multiple sites and maintain accurate stock level databases.
- Re-order stock for multiple sites to ensure stock is replenished and rotated.
- Complete quality checks on equipment across multiple sites to ensure it is fit for purpose.
- Maintain an orderly storage area across multiple sites.
- Complete Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) across multiple sites once full training has been received.
The post holder will also be responsible for coordinating annual checks of all equipment in line with Trust policies by liaising with appropriate teams inside and outside of the Organisation to ensure all equipment remains fit for purpose.
