Spa Therapist

Chill Out Spa is an award-winning luxury spa located within the beautiful grounds of Knowsley Hall. Built on the foundations of the renowned Chill Out Training Academy, we are passionate about delivering exceptional treatments, nurturing talent, and creating truly memorable spa experiences. Our purpose-built facilities and expert-led team provide a unique environment for both guests and therapists to thrive.

We are seeking a talented and passionate Spa Therapist to join our full-time, on-site team at Chill Out Spa, Knowsley Hall.

The successful candidate will deliver a range of luxury spa treatments and wellness therapies including massage, facials, body treatments and other specialist services. You will play a key role in creating a relaxing, rejuvenating and memorable experience for every guest, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, hygiene and care.

• Delivering high-quality spa treatments to an exceptional standard
• Creating a warm, welcoming and professional experience for all guests
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across treatment rooms and spa facilities
• Preparing and maintaining treatment areas and equipment
• Adhering to all health, safety and spa operational standards
• Working collaboratively as part of a close-knit, supportive team

• Qualified in massage therapy and/or spa-related services (mandatory)
• Proficient in a range of treatments including massage, facials and body therapies
• Strong understanding of spa hygiene, health and safety standards
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A warm, professional and positive attitude
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Flexible and reliable, including availability for weekends and peak periods
• Previous spa or salon experience is advantageous but not essential
