Hours of work: 19.5 hours per week (over 3 days). Working pattern:
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Term weeks: 38 + 1 weeks school closure, minimum paid week 44.6.

• Supervise classes during short-term teacher absence.
• Ensure students remain on task and engaged with their learning.
• Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
• Provide support across a range of subjects.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Confidence and flexibility to work across different subjects.
• Previous experience in education or working with young people is desirable but not essential.

• Be part of a welcoming and supportive school community.

Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
