Desian Education are working closely with a 'Good' rated primary school in the Halewood area who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to cover a full 12‑month maternity leave.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive school with a welcoming staff team and well‑established routines. The class is settled, with generally good behaviour – there are two students who require consistent structure and positive behaviour management.

• Teachers on M1 to UPS
• Strong ECTs with good classroom practice and confidence

• Deliver engaging and well‑structured lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
• Demonstrate good behaviour management and strong classroom presence
