Long-Term SEN Teacher Opportunity in Knowsley

Randstad Education is searching for a passionate and skilled Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher to take on a full-time, long-term position in Knowsley.

• Lesson Delivery:
  Planning and delivering highly differentiated and engaging lessons specifically designed for students with various special educational needs.
• Adaptation:
  Modifying learning materials and resources to ensure they are accessible to every student in your care.
• Evaluation:
  Implementing formal and informal assessment strategies, analysing student performance data, and using this analysis to inform your teaching.
• Collaboration:
  
  Working closely with teaching assistants, parents, and external specialists to provide comprehensive support.
• Class Management:
  Effectively managing classroom behaviour and fostering strong learning practices.

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Proven experience teaching a range of SEN students within the UK education system.
• A strong, current understanding of SEN policies, effective intervention strategies, and best practices.
• The ability to show resilience, patience, initiative, and strong leadership within the classroom.
• A clear Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one immediately).
