McDonald's Shift Manager – Job Description

We are looking for Part Time and Full Time Shift Managers to operate flexible schedules at our franchise‑owned restaurant. Candidates will lead crews, ensure quality service, and maintain safety and profitability during their shifts.

• Ensure food safety and daily maintenance compliance.
• Maintain internal communication and inventory management.
• Manage crew, provide training, and schedule staff.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold quality standards.
• Oversee safety, security, and overall cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Monitor performance, meet shift targets, and communicate with incoming shift manager.

• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Strong team‑building and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 18 years or older to manage kitchen staff under the franchise guidelines.
