• Abides by and supports 3HC's Compliance Program and Code of Ethics.
• Creates positive experiences for internal and external customers that meet their expectations, displaying a high degree of courtesy, tact, and knowledge of services provided.
• Manages assigned cases and assists the office with achieving positive patient outcomes, strategic plan and budget.
• Conducts a complete assessment of the patient to identify appropriate care needs.
• Documents in the medical record electronically and downloads daily.
• Completes OASIS at specific points in time (e.g., admission, resumption of care, recertification) and provides regular supervision to Licensed Practical Nurses and paraprofessionals per regulatory guidelines.
• Maintains regular communication with supervisor, communicating patient problems on a timely basis following the chain of command.
• Ensures that 3HC can bill for services appropriately.
• Demonstrates a willingness to be cost effective in the use of agency resources, monitors waste, and uses supplies and equipment safely and properly.

• Registered Nurse currently licensed to practice nursing in the state of North Carolina.
• Minimum of one‑year experience as a professional nurse in an acute care setting preferred.
• Prefer a minimum of one‑year Home Health experience.
• Valid North Carolina Driver's License.
