Robot Machninery Operator

LM2 Resource Solutions is working with a leading manufacturing company in Kinston, NC, USA. Our client is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Robot Machinery Operator to join their team.

As a Robot Machinery Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state‑of‑the‑art robotic machinery. Your main goal will be to ensure the efficient and safe operation of our machines to meet production targets and quality standards.

• Operate and monitor robotic machinery to produce high‑quality products
• Set up and adjust machine settings to ensure proper functioning
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
• Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals
• Keep accurate records of production and machine maintenance

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating robotic machinery
• Forklift experience and certification preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
• Good communication and teamwork skills
