Full-Time | 12-Hour Swing Shift

We're looking for Manufacturing Operators and Robot Operators to join a growing, stable manufacturing facility in Kinston, NC

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Assist with robotic and automated manufacturing processes
• Perform quality checks and basic troubleshooting
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Use forklifts and other equipment as needed

• Manufacturing, production, or industrial experience preferred
• Forklift experience required (certification a plus)
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work 12-hour swing shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable work history and strong attendance
• Dont have robot experience? No problem. Training available for the right candidates.
