Operator I, is assigned to, and responsible for, producing components and products in assembly and fabrication areas. Employees progress through these levels based on time, knowledge, and performance.
Operator I Essential Job Functions- Follow all Company Rules and Regulations as described in the Field Controls Employee Manual
- Observe all Safety Rules and Regulations and report Safety concerns
- Maintain housekeeping to acceptable levels and perform 5S+1 audits as assigned
- Manufacture, assemble and pack materials and / or finished goods as described in the provided documentation.
- Perform work to expected quality and production standards
- Communicate any issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Meet all cross-training requirements within assigned team to progress to next Operator II
- Perform other duties as assigned
