Assembler, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Operator I is assigned to, and responsible for, producing components and products in assembly and fabrication areas. Employees progress through these levels based on time, knowledge, and performance.

• Follow all Company Rules and Regulations as described in the Field Controls Employee Manual
• Observe all Safety Rules and Regulations and report Safety concerns
• Maintain housekeeping to acceptable levels and perform 5S+1 audits as assigned
• Manufacture, assemble and pack materials and / or finished goods as described in the provided documentation
• Perform work to expected quality and production standards
• Communicate any issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel
• Meet all cross-training requirements within assigned team to progress to next Operator II
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Operator I
