Aircraft Interior Technician

Join a dynamic aviation interiors team as an Aircraft Interior Technician and play a hands‑on role in maintaining and enhancing corporate aircraft cabins. Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to touch‑up and repair requests for corporate aircraft interiors.
  • Work with fabric, vinyl, leather hides, and composite materials using approved adhesives, sewing equipment, and tools.
  • Perform leather and seat repairs, along with fabrication tasks, in compliance with FAA, OSHA, and EPA regulations.
  • Collaborate with leads and skilled technicians to improve safety, efficiency, and processes using lean manufacturing principles.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and support a clean, organized work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support team objectives.
Qualifications
  • Self‑motivated with strong initiative and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, adaptability, and accountability.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to multitask and think critically.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency in Top Stitch sewing techniques.
  • 5–10 years of experience using a double‑needle post machine and working with leather.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States with two forms of federal identification.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and comply with FAA drug and alcohol testing requirements.
  • Ability to meet physical demands, including standing, sitting, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
