We provide individualized services in structured, therapeutic treatment environments to promote resiliency and individual growth. Oakwood’s Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) in Kinston, North Carolina offers secure residential care for children with behavioral health challenges.

• The RN observes consumers for illnesses, unwanted effects of medication, seizure activity, general well-being, etc.
• The RN checks vital signs as ordered and or as per protocol, or as clinically indicated. Follows all physicians' orders in a timely manner.
• The RN maintains records and updates tickler files of lab studies, AIMS, EKG results, and other medically related tests that have been ordered and/or deemed of importance.

• Weekend and night shift differential on top of premium pay
• $2,000 sign on bonus.
• $38,000 yearly base pay based on experience

• 7 pm - 7 am full time at night
