OverviewUNCPN is looking for an APP Hospitalist to join the growing Hospital Medicine program in Kinston, North Carolina. This position involves delivering high‑quality and team‑based inpatient services. We offer a highly competitive compensation package and benefits including quality bonus, CME, retirement plan and malpractice coverage.
Schedule7 days on and 7 days off (7am – 7pm)

Qualifications- Graduate from an accredited PA program
- Experienced Hospitalist PA preferred
- New grad APPs with inpatient ED or ICU experience are welcome to apply

Completion of an accredited graduate‑level Advanced Practice Provider (PA) program. - Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider. - Professional Experience Requirements:
No prior experience required. - Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Demonstrated clinical competency, effective leadership skills, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills, effective interaction to ensure the successful care of patients in the clinical setting, documentation in the medical record to substantiate accurate billing.
