** is looking for an Industrial Systems Design Engineer to join our Engineering department based in Kinston, NCThe Industrial Systems Design Engineers mission is to analyze and validate the Kinston plant as-is running industrial system capacity and performance to better determine the to-be solutions which may be needed for capacity increase (ramp-up) and/or improvement of the performance. They will support the OMFZ Industrial Architect who is responsible to validate the consistency of the solutions and investments needed.

Your Challenges:

Responsibilities: 90%1. Industrial system as-is value stream models and simulation:
* As-is VSA
* As-is Airbus Lean design guidelines maturity assessment
* As-is Resilience assessment
2. Industrial capacity as-is assessment and simulation:
* As-is Macro PERT and critical path assessment
* As-is Standard Line Balancing and CVAT
* Capacity bridge strategy
3. To be industrial VSA and capacity
* To-be industrial VSA and SLB
* Capacity bridges proposals to recover capacity and/or reach ramp-up4. Support the industrial architecture trades:
* The above deliverables will support the Industrial Architect to establish the priorities in terms of improvements implementation and needed investments.
5. Loop the above points as needed
