OB Hospitalist Locums Physician in North Carolina - 24 Hour PRN Shifts
OB Hospitalist assignment in North Carolina with 24 hour shifts, low callback, and dates available through the end of 2026.
Highlights
- 24 hour in-house shifts - average of 2 hours callback
- Pick 5 to 15 shifts/month - flexible PRN model
- Coverage available through December 2026
- All travel and lodging covered
Practice Setting
- Inpatient only - no clinic or outpatient duties
- Level I nursery with pediatrics and anesthesia onsite
- No midwives - hospital staff only
- Epic and OBIX for charting and fetal monitoring
Schedule
- 24 hour shifts ending at 6am
- Grouped shifts available for travel efficiency
- Monthly scheduling based on your availability
Cases and Procedures
- Deliveries, VBACs, consults, family planning
- Forceps optional
- No abortion services, no follow-ups
Requirements
- Board Certified in OB GYN
- Active North Carolina license
- BLS and DEA required
