UNC Health Medical Group in partnership with UNC Health Lenoir in Kinston, NC is seeking a full time Hospitalist Physician to join the team.

Full-time, 7am-7pm (7 days on-7 days off)
EMR: EPIC
Requirements- Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Residency Trained
- Open ICU Must run codes
- No required procedures
- Avg 14-17 pts per day, per doctor

Education Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited school of medicine.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Board Certified Internal Medicine; DEA; ACLS; MD.
Professional Experience Requirements:
Prefer prior hospitalist experience.
Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:
Language
Skills:
Should be able to communicate proficiently in English.
REASONING ABILITY:
High-level quantitative and qualitative reasoning skills are essential in order to diagnose medical and clinical issues presented by patients.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
North Carolina Medical License, DEA License, BLS/ACLS certification preferred. Board-certified in Internal Medicine.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds required. Physical demands described above.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
