Kinross. £13 per hour + overtime premiums. JDR are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established agricultural business with an excellent reputation for looking after its staff. We are seeking a Production Operative to join their friendly team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a supportive workforce, with the potential to secure a permanent contract.

• Operating machinery safely and efficiently
• Ensuring quality standards are consistently met
• Labouring and handling agricultural produce
• Maintaining a clean and safe workplace

• Core hours:
  Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm;
  Friday, 8am-3pm
• Flexibility required:
  During peak periods, 12-hour shifts may be needed (with plenty of notice)
• Overtime:
  Paid at x1.5 and x2

• Basic rate: £13 per hour
• Overtime premiums available
• Positive team atmosphere and supportive management

• A positive, can-do attitude and strong team spirit
• Reliable and hardworking with a focus on safety and quality
• Previous experience operating forklifts is desirable
• Experience in production or agriculture is helpful but not essential
