Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for an Mechanical Fitter on a 4 month contract based in Scotland.
Role Summary
This role is to assist SE work within a site team on mechanical installation activities. Reports to Site Supervisor, or charge hand as required by deployment. Duty of care for themselves and all individuals on site to ensure that they work safely at all times. Mechanical installation of substation components.
Key Tasks
1. Works to all applicable Siemens Energy QEHS procedures as briefed in the site induction.
2. Carries out any other duties within their competence to the relevant quality / industry standards as directed by the Site Supervisor.
3. Operate within timescales set out by their Work Party Leader and highlight potential deviations in advance.
4. Must have experience working on substations as a mechanical fitter with telehandler 360.
