RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• 13-week assignment starting ASAP

• Day shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

• Every other weekend and every other holiday required

• 48-hour guarantee available upon request

• Floating required between units

• Patient ratio of 1:6 with surge plan maximum of 1:7

• 1-2+ years Med Surg experience required

• 1+ year recent travel experience required

• Must have telemetry experience

• Cerner experience required

• BLS certification required

• Auto offers only - no interviews

• Maximum RTO: 7 days

• Dress code: white scrub top with navy bottoms

• Provide general medical administration and patient care

• Remote telemetry monitoring with monitor tech oversight

• Care for post-operative patients

• Handle general Med Surg, Post-Op Surgical, Bariatrics, and Oncology patients

Facility:

This 352-bed healthcare facility offers comprehensive medical services including general medical-surgical care, post-operative surgical services, bariatrics, and oncology. The medical-surgical unit contains 21 beds with a monthly department volume of 585 patients. The facility utilizes Cerner electronic health records and provides remote telemetry monitoring capabilities with dedicated monitor technicians for enhanced patient safety and care coordination.
