As a Registered Nurse, your expertise and knowledge would be utilized to offer compassionate care to patients and their families, leaving a positive impact on their lives during challenging times. Your work setting would be in healthcare, where you would collaborate with other healthcare professionals in developing and implementing personalized care plans for every patient. Your work would be varied and fulfilling, ranging from administering medication and keeping an eye on vital signs to offering emotional support and education to patients and their families.

- Assessing patients' health status and documenting their medical history
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring patients' vital signs and observing their conditions for any changes
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop care plans and treatment strategies
- Educating patients and their families about their medical conditions and providing them with information about their care
- Performing diagnostic tests and interpreting the results to inform treatment decisions
- Advocating for patients and ensuring that they receive the best possible care
- Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation of patient care
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Completion of an accredited nursing program
- Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certifications
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) and Health Care Provider (HCP) card
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in an emergency room (ER) setting
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) is required.
