We are a growing company with an annual profit of approximately $18 million, seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (_jump CFO) to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to take charge of our financial operations and drive strategic initiatives.

The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial health, implementing effective financial strategies, and working closely with the owner. This role requires a hands‑on leader who can clean up the books, manage key performance indicators (KPIs), and navigate mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

• Clean up and maintain accurate financial records.
• Develop and manage KPIs to drive business performance.
• Lead M&A activities and strategic financial planning.
• Collaborate directly with the owner to align financial strategies with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Supervise cost accounting and inventory management processes.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimise the company's fiscal position.

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
• At least 3 years of experience in a CFO role.
• Proven track record in managing financial operations for small to mid‑market privately held companies.
• Deep knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and tax strategy.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

On‑site 4–5 days a week.

• Base Salary: $150,000 – $200,000, commensurate with experience.
