This special education teaching position is working with students who have documented disabilities and require specially designed instruction.
The position begins immediately through the last day of the school year in June 2026.
This candidate:
* will be responsible for evaluating students, writing IEPs and Progress Reports and attending IEP Meetings.
* will work with students on academic, social and behavioral skills and support them throughout their day.
* will collaborate with other staff members and take part in professional development.
* should be able to communicate well verbally and in writing.
* should be approproately licensed to teach special education by DESE.
This is a Long Term Substitute (LTS) position with a daily rate of $312 per day beginning on day 1 of the assignment.
