Gas Qualified Plumbing and Heating Engineer

Ry Group are a Property Maintenance & Development Company, based in New Malden Surrey. Mainly our work is located in South West London however we do travel to some parts of central London, Kent and Sussex from time to time. We carry out diagnostics, repairs and planned installations for Domestic and Small commercial properties. We are expanding into other areas and so it's an exciting time to become part of the team.

We take huge pride in Technical Skill & Customer Service, so you must be highly experienced in domestic Gas & Plumbing (skills required shown below) along with having great communication and personal skills. We have numerous roles available, and are open to employed or self employed for the right candidates, as we are a growing company. For us diversity of skill is important and reflects in salary i.e

if you do boiler installation, can you also do boiler breakdowns and wiring?

Therefore most important skills are to be highly competent in Boiler Diagnostics and Repairs, Servicing and All Variations of Heating & Plumbing

* Tye Of Skills Required *(Preferably all highly competent but if not a specialism in one with basic knowledge of the rest) :

- Toilet/Tap/Shower - repairs/installation

- Radiator installation and repair

- Heating controls installation

- Installation of all pipework and regulations

- Boiler/Tank/Cylinder Installations

- Boiler/Cylinder/Tank Repairs

- Servicing & Repairs

- Landlord Gas Safety Certificates

- Pump and Valve installation

- System configuration knowledge

- Underfloor heating diagnostics

- Bathroom Installation

* Bonus

Skills:

* Advanced wiring knowledge

Electric Boiler & heating system knowledge

Renewables

Commercial Heating/Gas/Plumbing experience

* What must you have?
* You must be Gas Safe Registered

You must have a full clean U.K driving license

You must have at least 7 Years Experience

You must have your own basic tools

You must be able to provide 2 work references and examples
