Location:

Kingston upon Thames. Full time — 40 hours per week, including some weekend, evening, and bank holiday work.

Salary: £38,800 – £42,950 (dependent upon experience), plus a guaranteed £3,000 bonus in your first year.

As a Plumbing Engineer you will undertake the maintenance and repair work of plumbing systems in our customers' homes, providing industry‑leading service and helping us enhance our reputation while driving customer growth.

• Level 2 in Plumbing (copies of certificates must be provided)
• 1st and 2nd fix plumbing experience
• Experience working as a plumber in domestic housing
• Full UK driving licence with no more than six penalty points
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proactive, ‘can do’ attitude
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills

To help you settle in to your career at Home Serve, you will undertake our extensive training programme.

• Week 1 – Attend our Head Office in Walsall Monday–Friday, covering all things Home Serve, health and safety and receive your tools and equipment.
• Week 2 – Be buddy‑ed up with an experienced Home Serve Plumbing Engineer. Where geographically appropriate we will pay for your accommodation and meal allowance for your induction.
