Junior Business Development Executive; Part-Time

We are an established steel fabrication and welding company supplying structural steelwork to the construction industry. Due to business growth, we are looking to appoint a Junior Business Development Executive to help increase our monthly steel fabrication volumes.

The role focuses on generating new enquiries, securing fabrication orders, and building long-term client relationships. Performance will be measured by the tonnage of steel secured per month.

• Identify and contact new clients (contractors, builders, steelwork firms)
• Generate enquiries and secure fabrication orders
• Build and manage a sales pipeline
• Attend client meetings and occasional site visits
• Work closely with management and production teams
• Achieve agreed monthly tonnage targets

• Confident communicator with a proactive approach
• Comfortable speaking to new clients and building relationships
• Organised and target-driven
• Interest in construction or steel fabrication (experience is an advantage but not essential)
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
