Performance Tuning Specialist - SQL Server - Remote - Azure - £40,000-£55,000

I am working with a rapidly growing UK-based managed service provider specialising in SQL Development and DBA services. They're a tight-knit team scaling quickly after bringing in a BD Manager who has already secured multiple new projects.

What you will be working on:- Deep SQL Server performance tuning across queries, indexes, execution plans, and stored procedures
- Power Shell scripting for automation and optimisation
- Azure database and cloud environments
- Advising new and existing clients on best practices and performance improvement strategies
- Delivering outcomes through a structured, phase-based remediation approach
- Working closely with a collaborative Dev team focused on continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
- £40k-£55k salary (higher end available for exceptional tuning specialists)
- Up to 10% matched pension

Fully funded training and certifications
- Exceptional SQL development skills
- Proven expertise in performance tuning (core focus of the role)
