Solutions Architect

A forward-thinking Managed Service Provider is seeking a senior IT Solutions Architect to design, secure, and evolve modern cloud and digital workplace environments for a diverse portfolio of clients.

This is a strategic architecture role, leading the design of secure, scalable Microsoft-centric solutions across Azure, Microsoft 365, and advanced security frameworks. You’ll work in complex, multi-platform environments and gain exposure to AI-driven technologies, Google Workspace, and Apple device management alongside specialising in Azure and M365.

• Design and deliver secure, scalable Azure and Microsoft 365 architectures
• Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex cloud and security challenges
• Lead Zero Trust strategy and implement Microsoft Defender security solutions
• Architect and support mixed environments (Windows, macOS, iOS, Google Workspace)
• Provide architectural guidance, technical leadership, and best practice standards
• Engage directly with clients to shape solutions and support pre-sales activity

• Expert-level Azure and Microsoft 365 knowledge
• Strong security architecture background and modern identity expertise
• Hands-on experience with Intune, Microsoft Defender, Entra , and Zero Trust models
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Apple Business Manager
• Exposure to AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot or Azure OpenAI
