Associate Director of Finance

We are seeking an experienced and values-driven finance leader who is motivated to use their expertise to improve outcomes for children and young people.

You will be a fully qualified accountant, with strong experience across both financial and management accounting, working in close partnership with the Chief Finance and Operating Officer to deliver a high-performing finance function and support strong, transparent corporate governance.

This role offers hybrid working, with time based across Twickenham, Kingston and Maidenhead, providing the opportunity to collaborate closely with teams across our services.

You will bring:

• Full professional qualification with active membership of a recognised accounting body (CIPFA, ACA, CIMA or ACCA)
• A proven track record as a strategic leader, building and developing high-performing teams and confidently managing performance and complex people matters
• Experience working closely with non-finance professionals to balance service priorities with financial sustainability, finding creative solutions to complex challenges
• Strong partnership-building skills, with the ability to maintain relationships and co-produce solutions across a wide range of stakeholders
