Strategic Financial Leadership
  • Advise the Board on the financial implications of strategic plans and growth decisions
  • Support long‑term financial planning and sustainability
  • Contribute to income diversification and fundraising strategy
  • Provide constructive challenge on financial risk, investment decisions and restricted funding management

We are seeking a qualified accountant (ICAEW member or equivalent) who offers:

  • Strong financial management and governance experience
  • Experience reviewing or preparing statutory accounts
  • Ability to interpret financial data and communicate clearly to non‑financial trustees
  • Sound judgement and willingness to provide appropriate challenge
