Salary: £36,000 – £40,000 per annum, DOE + Excellent Benefits!

Monday – Friday 8am – 4.30pm 37 hours per week

KUSCO (Kingston University Service Company Ltd) is a wholly owned subsidiary company of Kingston University, established in December 1997.

It is a non-profit making organisation providing facility management services to Kingston University.

We are now recruiting for a Building Service Engineer to join our team, carrying out dubbele PPMs and Reactive Maintenance works to the site!

You must record all works on a PDA, Planon is the CAFM system we operate.

• Plumbing issues, keeping the facilities operational, completing PPM’s
• Utilising mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair systems.
• Understanding logic controllers and interpreting building drawings
• Supervising maintenance tasks and contractors
• Resolving technical issues which arise
• Delivering exceptional customer service to Kingston University Students and Staff

• Previous Maintenance
  
  Experience:
  
  5 years (preferred commercial无码不卡高清免费vSE environment)
• Team player
• Proficient in English for effective communication
• Possess mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Experience with logic controllers and interpreting building O&M’s
• Work on your own, carry out maintenance activities, completing PPM’s.
• Driving Licence (Use of the call out vehicle)
