This role involves managing turbine design, controller tuning, and interface with turbine OEMs in offshore wind projects. Candidates should have a Chartered Engineer status with 10-15 years of design experience in offshore wind. Proficiency in engineering software like Orca Flex, Bladed, and Fast is essential. The position offers a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
