• Lead the design of high-rise and RC framed buildings?
• Oversee projects from concept through to construction?
• Work hand-in-hand with architects, clients, and multidisciplinary teams?
• Mentor and inspire junior engineers while supporting team growth?
• Ensure quality, compliance, and technical excellence across all deliverables?
• Play a key role in the strategic development of the London office?

• A Chartered Engineer (CEng with IStruct
  
  E or ICE) – or on the path to becoming one
• Several years’ post graduate structural engineering experience
• Successfully designed and delivered high-rise and RC framed projects
• Able to work confidently with steel and concrete design, alongside structural analysis and BIM software?
• Ability to communicate, lead, and project management to make an impact
• Experience of ETABS and SAFE software beneficial
