SEND Teacher

We are seeking a highly experienced, committed and inspirational SEND Full Time Teacher to join a well-established and supportive educational setting in the Kingston region
. This role is ideal for a passionate specialist who thrives in a collaborative environment and is dedicated to achieving exceptional outcomes for learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

You will:

• Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to a range of SEND needs.

• Develop and implement EHCP targets effectively.

• Work closely with support staff, therapists, senior leadership and families.

• Foster a safe, inclusive and structured learning environment.

• Track, monitor and evidence student progress with clarity and accuracy.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Highly experienced in SEND education (essential).

• An outstanding team worker who contributes positively to the wider school community.

• A confident and professional communicator with pupils, parents, carers and multi‑agency professionals.

• Calm, adaptable and solution‑focused.

• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Proven SEND teaching experience.

• Enhanced Child DBS (on the Update Service preferred).

• Enhanced Adult DBS

• Full Right to Work in the UK (documentation required).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this permanent may become available at a later date.
