We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Freelance Music Tutor (KMS) to join our dynamic team, providing exceptional music education to students of all ages and skill levels. This role requires a deep understanding of various musical disciplines, including instrumental performance, theory, and composition, enabling you to customize lessons to meet the individual needs and aspirations of each student.

Flexibility in scheduling is crucial as you will be responsible for managing your own sessions, delivering remotely or in person, based on student preferences. • Conduct individualized music lessons tailored to each student's goals and skill level.
• Create customized lesson plans that incorporate various teaching methodologies and musical genres.
• Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement and growth.
• Encourage a love for music by introducing students to diverse styles and cultural contexts in music.
• Prepare students for performances, exams, or competitions as needed, fostering confidence and stage presence.
• Communicate regularly with students and their guardians about progress, challenges, and achievements.
• Stay updated on the latest music education trends and best practices to enhance tutoring effectiveness.

• Proficiency in one or more musical instruments or vocal techniques with a solid understanding of music theory.
• Previous experience in teaching or tutoring music to individuals or groups, with strong interpersonal skills.
• A passion for music and the ability to inspire and engage students of all ages and backgrounds.
• Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules and teaching preferences, including remote and in‑person sessions.
• Strong communication skills to articulate concepts clearly and effectively to students and their families.
• Ability to develop creative and engaging lesson plans that meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Bachelor's degree in music, music education, or a related field preferred, but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
