Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual and small group support to pupils with SEN
Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
Encourage pupils to develop confidence, communication, and social skills

Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and parents to support each pupil's progress

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant (SEN experience preferred)
A patient, caring, and proactive approach to working with children
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
