Pertemps Education are working alongside a specialist SEN school who are seeking two exceptional qualified teachers to join their dedicated and highly specialist team from January. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within an outstanding environment that supports pupils with a range of complex needs, including PMLD, complex medical needs, physical disabilities, and communication challenges
.

• Fully qualified (QTS/QTLS)
• Strong EYFS experience, ideally within a child-centred, sensory-led environment
• Experience with pupils with SEN, with a particular interest or experience in PMLD and complex needs
• Can deliver highly personalised learning, using multi-sensory approaches and creative teaching strategies
• Confident working collaboratively with therapists, support staff, and parents
• Bring patience, resilience, and a commitment to inclusive practice

• Specialist, well-resourced classrooms
• Supportive senior leadership and multidisciplinary team
• Opportunities for ongoing professional development

• Strong behaviour management with a therapeutic, child-centred approach
