From a standing start their business now turns over millions of pounds. They went viral after an appearance on Dragon's Den and are now backed by Google...and this is just the start.

We're looking for a Founder Content Manager to embed themselves into the heart of their business, documenting the unfiltered journey of building a high-growth wellness business.

You'll follow the founders day-to-day, capturing the chaos, the creativity, and the behind-the-scenes reality of scaling a company.

What You'll Be Doing

Shadow the Founders: capture daily behind-the-scenes content - from investor pitches to warehouse moves, product launches, and late-night brainstorms.
Tell stories that inspire: translate the founders' journey into stories that resonate with athletes, entrepreneurs, and wellness enthusiasts.
Create short-form content: plan and create daily content for Linkedin, IG and Tik Tok
Trend Spot:
Stay on top of social trends so we communicate in ways that drive reach
Create Scroll-Stopping Hooks:
Help package insights and stories in a way that captures attention quickly
Manage the Content Calendar:
Organise and schedule a consistent stream of content each week
Manage brand content:
Work directly with our management team to get content delivered for brands on time and to brief

Who You Are:

You're someone who lives and breathes social media and loves the idea of helping build a founder's personal brand. You might be early in your career, but you have strong instincts for what works online.
You have strong short-form editing skills (Cap Cut, Premiere, etc.)
You understand what makes content engaging and shareable
You move fast and enjoy creating lots of content
You are organised and proactive
You are curious about entrepreneurship, wellness and high performance
Most importantly - you're excited about the idea of building something from the ground up
