Junior Contracts Manager

Position: Junior Contracts Manager (Permanent)
Tradeline are working with a long-established, growing commercial roofing contractor that is looking to appoint an experienced Junior Contracts Manager / Contracts Supervisor to support the delivery of refurbishment projects across London and the South of England.

The Role
You will oversee roofing refurbishment contracts from award through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high quality standard.
You’ll be responsible for managing site teams and subcontractors, monitoring progress, maintaining compliance, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee delivery of roofing refurbishment projects

* Coordinate subcontractors, labour, materials, and logistics

* Ensure health & safety compliance across sites

* Monitor programme, quality, and commercial performance

* Produce site reports, inspections, and progress updates

* Identify variations, risks, and delays

* Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams

* Support accurate measurement of works and payment processes
Essential Experience
✅ Sheeting & cladding experience (essential)
✅ Experience supervising roofing refurbishment projects
✅ Strong knowledge of site health & safety and compliance
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects and site teams
✅ Good communication and organisational skills
