Mechanical Construction Manager Opportunity – Leading M&E Contractor – Healthcare Project

We are working with a leading M&E contractor who are seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to join their delivery team on a prestigious project in Haringey, working in close partnership with one of the UK’s leading main contractors.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Construction Manager looking for long-term, stable work in London, supported by a strong and secured pipeline of commercial and healthcare projects across the capital and surrounding areas.

The Role :

As Mechanical Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of mechanical services on a high-profile project, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include :

* Managing mechanical installation works on site from pre-construction through to handover

* Coordinating subcontractors and direct labour

* Working closely with the main contractor, design team, and commercial teams

* Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations

* Managing programmes, quality inspections, and commissioning activities

* Supporting progress reporting and problem-solving on site

About You :

* Proven experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager on large-scale projects

* Background delivering projects within commercial and / or healthcare sectors

* Strong technical knowledge of mechanical building services

* Experience working alongside Tier 1 main contractors

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* SMSTS, CSCS, and relevant mechanical qualifications
