Key Responsibilities

• Undertake comprehensive assessments of foster carers and placements
• Ensure foster carers provide safe, stable, and nurturing environments
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary professionals to develop tailored care plans
• Provide guidance, supervision, and support to foster carers
• Advocate for children’s welfare and promote positive outcomes
• Maintain accurate records in line with statutory requirements, policies, and legal frameworks
