PA to Leadership Team (Pepsi Lipton)
Location:
Kingston upon Thames, Surrey.
The position is a full‑time temporary role for 3 months, 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. It offers a mix of remote and onsite work and pays up to £38,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.
This role supports the Pepsi Lipton Asia/Europe and Marketing teams, working closely with Pepsi Co and Unilever global teams to manage diaries, corporate meetings and events for directors and the leadership team.
Key Accountabilities- Manage directors’ calendars with full editorial access.
- Handle Leadership Team invites and coordinate all pre‑meeting calls and preparation sessions.
- Provide support for leadership events, travel arrangements, including accommodation, visas, cross‑country diary management.
- Reconcile expense accounts in Concur for all directors in both Unilever and Pepsi Co systems.
- Assist with onboarding of new employees – manage GPID, laptop, mobile, Concur, Amex, Egencia requests.
- Raise purchase orders in MyBuy and SAP; resolve PO queries and reconcile with finance controllers.
- Support cyclical processes (e.g., end‑of‑year) for accurate data and timely account submission.
- Assist with new vendor request processes and liaise with finance, Master Data Governance and Data Management.
- Provide ad‑hoc admin support, coordinate meetings, corporate events, workshops and office supplies.
- Build rapport with stakeholders, other assistants and support them during staff absences.
- Support project teams and delivery as required.
- Build and maintain a professional network across Pepsi Co and Unilever to facilitate operational tasks.
- Ensure effective management of multiple stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of the business model.
- Solid previous experience as a PA in a matrix organisation, ideally within FMCG.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem‑solving, organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional networking focus, especially with third‑party suppliers.
- Strong business acumen and ability to bridge Unilever and Pepsi systems and cultures.
- Passion for the Lipton brand and growth of the RTD business.
Occasional national and international travel may be required.
