Are you a passionate Vehicle Technician looking to grow your skills and build a long-term career in a dynamic workshop environment? Our client, a specialist Motorsport and General Mechanical Workshop based in Kingston Upon Thames, is seeking a motivated Vehicle Improver to join their dedicated workshop team based in Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 qualified technician with 2-3 years of experience to develop their career, with full training provided to enhance your skills in both general mechanics and motor sport.

• Performing high-quality servicing, maintenance, and repairs, including clutches and cambelts
• Learning diagnostic techniques under the guidance of 3 senior technicians and an apprentice
• Training in motor sport-specific skills with the opportunity to attend race events (if interested)
• Maintaining accurate service records and adhering to health & safety standards
• Developing your expertise with ongoing training, including MOT testing and Level 4 Hybrid training

• Minimum Level 3 NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in the motor trade
• Moldable, adaptable, and eager to learn—no need for extensive experience with high-end cars
• A team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for career development
• No MOT license required—our client is happy to provide MOT training

• Competitive salary (£27,000 - £35,000) based on experience, with potential for overtime

  8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (9:30 AM - 1:00 PM)
