Position: Administrator (Learning & Development)
Location: Surbiton

Artisan have the following role for a leading facilities company.

Role Overview

Responsible for coordinating and administering compliance, technical, and safety training activities for The Client UK business. The role supports the Head of L&D and SQ&R teams by ensuring training is effectively planned, organised, delivered, and reported in line with The Client’s learning and development strategy, including coordination with approved external training providers.

Key Responsibilities

Training Coordination

* Monitor the training request Smart Sheet and action approved requests promptly

* Liaise with account leads and authorise rs to minimise delays and backlogs

* Book training with approved providers, using brokers only when necessary

* Manage the training calendar and schedule internal technical, compliance, and safety training

* Keep training plans and calendars updated on Connect, IMS, and L&D Smart Sheet

Training Administration

* Organise training sessions and coordinate with trainers, managers, and site training coordinators

* Issue joining instructions and course information to participants

* Maintain accurate attendance records and process invoices and internal charges

* Work closely with the SQ&R team to ensure alignment between L&D, H&S, and compliance functions

Systems & Reporting

* Support administration of the Kallidus Learn platform

* Maintain accurate training data and update Smartsheet records following each programme

* Provide monthly reports on training activity, cancellations, non-attendance, and spend

* Support finance and operational teams with reporting for cross-charging, audit, and compliance purposes

Course Materials & Feedback

* Ensure training materials remain current and aligned with branding

* Collect learner feedback and evaluations within one week of course completion

* Share feedback with trainers and the Head of L&D to support continuous improvement

General Support

* Provide administrative support across the L&D function as required

* Assist with learning events, workshops, and apprenticeship administration

* Support procurement processes for onboarding new training suppliers
