Our client, Purolator, is seeking a Linehaul Driver to join their team. The ideal candidate will hold a Class A driver's license for a minimum of 3 years with a clear driving history.

Brockville, ON
Shift: Monday to Friday 5:30pm to 3:30am (4 layover - Brockville to Montreal)
Pay Rate: $30.25/hour
- Drive to/from customer locations
- Safely operates company vehicles (e.g., tractor-trailers, 5-ton vehicles, shunt trucks, etc.) and material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.)
- Pick up and deliver freight to/from warehouse or package depot and/or customer locations and meet service level agreements
- Resolve problems as they arise while on the road in collaboration with Dispatch
- Pick up, deliver, and load/unload freight at customer locations
- Scans freight upon pickup and delivery
- Conduct vehicle inspections (tractor – 20-minute pre-trip, 15-minute post-trip; trailer – 15-minute pre-trip per trailer)
- Valid Class A driver's license for at least 3 years required
- No more than four (4) demerit points on Driver's Abstract
- Ability to lift and carry up to 70lbs.
- Must successfully pass Defensive Driving and Courier Methods training
- Ability to problem-solve and collaborate with Dispatch and customers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
