- Pay Rate: $85,000 - $100,000/annually (based on experience)

- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS), standards, and procedures.
- Oversee quality processes across all manufacturing locations, ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Manage incoming material inspections, in-process checks, final product inspections, and Supplier Quality Development.
- Lead root cause analysis, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement activities.
- Analyze quality metrics and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiencies.
- Partner with customers and suppliers to resolve quality concerns and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Manage and mentor a team of quality inspectors, technicians, and coordinators.
- Build a strong quality culture focused on accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and audit documentation.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion of corrective actions.
- Support regulatory, safety, and customer compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within a manufacturing environment
- Experience in HVAC equipment or coil manufacturing strongly preferred
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management frameworks
- Familiarity with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency in quality documentation, reporting systems, and digital tools
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing QC teams
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- ISO Lead Auditor certification
- Experience managing regulatory or customer audits in a manufacturing environment
- Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
