This position involves regular presence at our US plants (Tennessee and Pennsylvanie), with frequent travel representing approximately one to two weeks per month. We are looking for someone with strong leadership, credibility, and an innovative mindset—able to think beyond the obvious and influence positive change.

How will you create impact?

  • Inspire and empower teams by communicating the H&S vision with conviction and passion.
  • Maintain proximity to operations to analyze and identify needs and trends.
  • Make H&S accessible and engaging by adding a participative and “fun” dimension.
  • Create, improve, and simplify H&S management processes, programs, and tools.
  • Seek best practices through networking, plant visits, conferences, and training.
  • Visit plants to coach supervisors, employees, and H&S facilitators, and actively engage in each U.S. plant’s health and safety activities such as risk assessments, audits, investigations, and BBS initiatives.
  • Follow up regularly with H&S facilitators and share practices, processes, and tools across all U.S. sites.
Who are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in health & safety or related field, or equivalent education and experience.

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in H&S within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in the food industry is an asset.
  • Knowledge of applicable U.S. laws and regulations (OSHA 30); ISO 45001 preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to all US locations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with other programs as needed.
