A leading healthcare facility in Ontario is seeking a Social Worker to provide community-based treatment for clients with Dual Diagnoses, including mental illness and intellectual disabilities. The successful candidate will work collaboratively in a team, perform crisis assessments, and support clients and their families. A Master's degree in Social Work and registration with the Ontario College of Social Workers are required.
Bilingual candidates and those with experience advocating for community resources are preferred.
