The ideal candidate will have post-secondary training in an accredited medical laboratory technician program with MLPAO certification, along with previous venipuncture experience. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential. This position involves ensuring compliance with health and safety policies, and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
